He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Cappelen and Clara Cappelen (Daisy); and his wife Margaret Cappelen. He is survived by: his children, Richard Cappelen (Mary Ann), Michael Cappelen (Lorraine) and Kimberly Cappelen; his grandchildren, Tiffany, Ricky, Kylie, Katie, Coy and Clara; and his great grandchildren, Anderson, Quentin, Tate and Adalee.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Butch's name to the VNA Hospice Foundation, 920 37th Place, Suite 101, Vero Beach, FL 32960.
