She was loved and cherished by many people including: her siblings, Sam De Blase, Toni Maglio, Tom De Blase, Bob De Blase and Joe De Blase; her parents, Thomas Blase and Rose De Blase; her husband William Phillips Jr.; and her children, Bill Phillips, Brian Phillips and Angela Kovatch.
