He is survived by: his sisters, Marlene Pickett of Wildwood, FL and Judy Johnson of Oxford, FL.; and his children, Kenneth Shaffer (Beth) of Dandridge, TN, Charles D. Shaffer (Kristy) of Cape Coral, FL and Pamela Pitts-Welch (Lucie). He is also survived by Great Grand Children.
