She was predeceased by: her parents, Marian "Marnie" Colley Bruce and Archibald Duncan "Dee" Bruce; her husband Mason Royden Astley, Jr.; and her brothers, Duncan Bruce, Roger Bruce and James Bruce.
She is survived by: her daughter Anne Christine Lockhart Astley; her granddaughters, Arya Marian Padnuk and Leela Lockhart Padnuk of Vero Beach, FL; her son Mason Mills Astley; her daughter-in-law Christina Mills Astley; and her grandsons, Alexander Scot Astley and Atticus Enzo Astley of Hanover, NH.. She is also survived by cousins and lifelong friends.
Her journey with Alzheimer's could not stop her radiant smile or the twinkle in her beautiful eyes even as it deprived her of physical and mental abilities.
