She was predeceased by: her parents, Barbara Semple and William Semple; her sister Bonnie Semple; and her stepson Court Pavlichko. She is survived by: her husband Tom Pavlichko; her daughter Samantha Miller; her son-in-law Andrew Miller; her granddaughters, Ella and Lainey Miller; and her siblings, Grace Carnevale and Bill Semple. She is also survived by extended family including in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and cherished friends.
