He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Bardes; his children, Cindy, Edward, David Jr. and Aubrey; his grandchildren, William Galvin, Allison Bardes, David Austin Bardes and Avery Bardes Thorne Carey; his great grandchildren, Hudson, Miller Grace, Barnes, Blake, Beau and Bertie; and his sisters, Britty Bardes Damgard and Merrilyn Bardes.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Saint Paul's Church (999 Flamevine Ln, Vero Beach, FL 32963).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Saint Paul's Church in support of its many missions around the world.
