She is survived by: her parents, James Bartee and Jerelene Spikes Fowler; her daughter Tara Bartee West (William); her grandson William Warren West III; her siblings, Tara Bartee (Willie) and J. Irwin; and her stepparents, Brenda and Jimmy Fowler. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
