She was predeceased by: her parents, Sandra Templeton and Anthony Belmonte; and her brothers, Anthony George Belmonte and James Belmonte. She is survived by: her husband Randy Sleasman; her daughter Mary Taibl; her grandchildren, Jayda Phillips, Sean Phillips and Aubrey Lord; and her siblings, Georgia Dillon (Rob), Christi Gerner (Roger), Kim Belmonte, Kerry Egan, Stephanie LaMotta, Ken Egan and Ed Egan. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
