She is survived by: her grandchildren, Kalli, Emily, Bill Angel, Erin, Maggie and Mack Oliphant; her daughters, Ann Angel and Amy Oliphant (Rence); and her brothers, William Riggs (Gloria) and Randy Riggs (Ann). She is also survived by her grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
