He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sandra; his siblings, Dominick (Sylvia) and Cathy Welsh (Jerry); his brother-in-law Scott (Debbie); his parents, Sam Zappia and Mary Romeo; his brother Anthony; his children, Sandi, Tony, Frank Jr. and Lori; his grandchildren, Becca, Brian, David and Karleigh; and his former spouse Plati. He was also cherished by 8 Great Grandchildren and 3 Great-Great Grandchildren, nieces & nephews will miss their friend, mentor.
