With sadness, we share the passing of Francis Thompson in Vero Beach, Florida. Francis, born on December 26, 1938 in Ocilla, Georgia, passed away on July 31, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Roan Thompson and Frances Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Margean; his sons, Faron Thompson (Linda), Brian Thompson and Michael Thompson (Cynthia); his grandchildren, Roan Thompson, Jack Thompson, Kaitlin Brewer, Meaghan Harrell, Michaela Haffield and Cole Thompson; and his siblings, Carlton Thompson and Carlene Paulk. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
