He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline Hammett and Dewey Phillip Buchanan; and his brother Terry Phillip Buchanan. He is survived by: his children, Kathi, Debbie and Phillip Wayne; his former spouse Hank Cord; his children, Rachel, Hendrik and Caroline; his former spouse Xavier Peries; his daughters, Sophie and Daphne; his spouse Melania Chila; and his daughter Ophelia. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
Memorial donations are asked to be given to the Genesis Church of Vero Beach to help promote the teachings of Jesus Christ through the word of God and especially saving souls.
