He was predeceased by: his parents, John Williams and Ruth Williams (Bulris); his stepmother Frances Needham Williams; his sister Marsha Duell (Rufus); and his stepbrother Charlie Needham.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lori Williams Decker (Mark Deeg), Teresa Eisenower and Wendy McClish (David); his former wife Yvonne Viani Williams; his brother Phil Williams (Penny); and his stepsister Judi Needham. He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews; eight grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren.
