He is survived by: his children, Peter McIntosh (Kathy Winkler) of Mill Valley, CA, Gregory McIntosh III (Elizabeth) of Charlotte, NC and Dwyer McIntosh of East Hampton, NY; his grandchildren, Vanessa, Melissa, Roger, Rachel, Gregory, Graham, Thomas, Hanna and Michael; and his friend Anita Fahy. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren; and many beloved nieces, nephews.
