With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen MARGARET YOUNG Post of Vero Beach, Florida, who passed away on September 19, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilhelmina Plansoen and John Young; her husband Richard G. Post; her sons, John and Robert; and her sisters, Wilhelmina Sobel and Johanna Young.

She is survived by: her daughters, Elizabeth Cundari (Les Gwyn-Williams) of Verona, NJ and Susan Schlachtenhaufen (late Jeff) of Lake Forest, IL; her grandchildren, Robert Jr., John Post, Craig, Thomas Cundari, Helen, Will and Lucy Schlachtenhaufen; and her great grandchildren, Madelyne, Robert and Annie Post.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Post Chapel Endowment Fund at Cleveland Clinic Indian River Foundation, 70 Royal Palm Pointe, Vero Beach, FL 32960.
