He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Owens DeWees and Laura Alma Hill DeWees; and his wife Joan Janet Snyder DeWees. He is survived by: his daughter Glenda Watson (Buddy) of Vero Beach; his grandchildren, Christine Harp of Vero Beach, James Clifford Bass of Vero Beach, Richard Watson (Linda) of Crawfordsville and Cheryl Hannink (Patrick) of Little Rock, Arkansas; his great grandchildren, Brittany Caldwell (Adam) of Orlando, Justin Watson of Evans, Sydney Harp Marley (Nick) of Vero Beach and Ty Harp (Sophia) of Vero Beach; his great great grandchildren, Levi Caldwell of Orlando, Stella Harp of Vero Beach and Jasper Harp of Vero Beach; and his sister Mary Harris of St. Albans.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice.
