We are sad to announce that on July 7, 2023, at the age of 97, John B. Fischer of Vero Beach, Florida, born in West Palm Beach, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Fischer and Theresa Fischer (Hilliard); his wife Shirley; his siblings, Francis, Michael, Donald, Ralph and Patricia; and his niece Theresa Siegrist.

He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Ed Lehman (Beth), Mike Fischer (Karen), Patrick Fischer (Fran), Ben Fischer (Annie), Tim Fischer (Bob), Jeff Fischer (Julie), Eddie Fischer, Steve Fischer (Carol), Lorraine Maestri (John), Suzanne Burkett (Butch) and Donna Johnson (Dick); and his friend Gina Edwards.

Those who wish to honor his memory may make a donation in his name to St. Ann Catholic School - Open Door Scholarships, 324 N. Olive Avenue, West Palm Beach, Florida, 33401.
