Hoffman Jr., Joshua Hoffman and Krystle Linnane (Joshua); his father John Herbert Hoffman; his siblings, Christopher Hoffman (Christine), Susan DeCoste and Deborah Hoffman; and his grandchildren, McKenna Linnane, Riley Linnane and Thomas J. Hoffman. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
