He was predeceased by: his parents, Wally Shulock (Mary) and Annie Shulock. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Shulock; his daughters, Jaclyn (Shulock), Lowe (Mike) and Sandra Shulock; his grandchildren, Michael, John, Matthew, Jacob and Olivia; and his siblings, Mike Shulock (Ellen), Jimmy Shulock (Lori), Jerry Shulock and Patti Cook (Ronnie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
