“To the family of Joseph, I spent my younger years in Dorchester and Joey was my best friend as a kid growing up in St. Matthew's Parish. Joey and I spent day's together either on bikes or just hanging out. We have not seen each other in so long but the memories I still have of my "Good Friend" Joey will stay with me forever, "Thanks Joey for the memories", R. I. P.
