He is survived by: his wife Bevelon Johnson Theriault; his son Stephen Michael Wall (Shelia); his grandchildren, Devon McMann, Josey Wall and Delaney McMann; and his brothers-in-law, Nolan Johnson and Steve Johnson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to King's Baptist Church Building Fund, 3235 58th Avenue, Vero Beach, FL 32966.
