She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Murphy and Liberty Lines. She is survived by: her husband Stephen Mulvey; her brothers, Donald (Diane), Gregory (Melissa) and Joseph Murphy (Robin); and her siblings' children, Courtney, Kaitlin, Briana of Vero Beach, Shannon, Ryan of Wilton, Melissa, Hayley and Brian of Ridgefield.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations in Kathy's memory to the Sean M. Healey and AMG Center for ALS at Massachusetts General, care of Dr. Merit Cudkowicz, reflecting Kathy's lifelong commitment to helping others.
