She was predeceased by: her father Charles Kates; and her husband John Sotter (Jack). She is survived by: her siblings, Charles Kates and Arlene Brosnan; her sons, Jeff Sotter (Thalia) and Tim Sotter (Christy); her grandchildren, Samantha (Derek Abis), Victoria, Christina, Ruby and Cassidy; and her great grandchild Austin Abis.
