The family announces the passing of Melanie D. Spadafora (Vero Beach, Florida) on August 19, 2026. Melanie, born on August 10, 1941 in Ithaca, New York, was part of many shared moments and relationships throughout life. Melanie will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honor Melanie by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Melanie is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Melanie’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Theresa. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly, Thomas, Stephen, David and Lisa. She is also survived by family, consisting of 17 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 at the Calvary Chapel (941 18th St, Vero Beach, FL 32960).
