He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph E. Lewis and Martha Linscott Lewis; his daughter Martha Lewis Bouknecht; and his sisters, Mary Jane Lewis Janke and Dorothy Lewis O'Laughlin.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Finley Lewis; and his children, Ralph R. Lewis (Nancy), Elizabeth Lewis Sorensen (Andrew) and Carolyn Lewis Holzer (James). He is also survived by ten grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
