We announce the death of Richard Carter Martin (Vero Beach, Florida), born in Scarsdale, New York, who passed away on August 30, 2026, at the age of 91. Richard will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his wife Lotte Oelund Martin; his parents, John Joseph Martin and Evelyn Margaret Martin; and his siblings, John Martin and Marion Manger.

He is survived by: his children, Lotte and Erik Martin; his daughter-in-law Teresa Mingo; and his daughter Jennifer Martin. He is also survived by uncle, a friend, and for his family.
