It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Williams Shepherd of Vero Beach, Florida, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on February 19, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Shepherd and Arthur Shepherd. He is survived by: his wife Deanna Shepherd; his sister Deborah Thompson (Ronald Thompson); his children, Stephen Shepherd (Shannon Shepherd), Benjamin Shepherd (Angela Shepherd) and Sarah Vellutato (Anthony Vellutato); and his grandchildren, Ona Shepherd, Ella Vellutato and Caleb Vellutato.
