He was predeceased by: his former wife Maryann; his grandson Frank Jr. (Chase); and his sister Marylou. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Conklin Cook; his children, MaryJo, Katie, Bobby and Ann; his grandchildren, Frank, Jessa, Bret and Kaleigh; his great grandchildren, Emily, Eleanor, Jonathan, Jordan, Cameron, Brooke and Bret Jr.; his stepdaughter Leslie Sorensen; and his granddaughter Samantha Furlong. He is also survived by married the mother of his 4 children.
In lieu of flowers, any contributions can be made to Hospice House or Calvary Chapel of Vero Beach.
