He was predeceased by: his wife Eileen C. DeSalvio; his parents, Edward DeSalvio and Amelia DeSalvio; and his brother Salvatore DeSalvio. He is survived by: his children, Theresa DeSalvio-Muccia, Barbara Swinick, Joseph DeSalvio and Lorraine DeSalvio. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
