He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Mills and Pearl Mills. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Ann Mills; his daughter Nichole Lynn Smith (Reece Smith); his grandchildren, Jacob Smith and Sammie Smith; his brothers, Larry Mills (Marilyn) and Doug Mills (Gloria); and his sister-in-law Gerie Hawkins. He is also survived by his family, especially his daughter and grandchildren.
