He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Locke and Helen Youhas Locke; and his brother Edward Locke. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bird Locke; and his children, Ronald W. Locke and Stephanie McLean. He is also survived by six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
