She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis Granville Hackney and Madge Elizabeth Hackney; her husband Louis Perkins; her grandson John Louis Perkins; and her siblings, Richard Hackney, Edwin Hackney and Harriet McClain.
She is survived by: her sister Helen Pope (Jim); her children, Richard Perkins, Mary Decrescenzo (Greg) and Edwin Perkins (Diana); and her grandchildren, Katherine Lazarus (Jason), Lisa Moore (Mark), Andrea Decrescenzo, Sarah Rhoady, Lilly Herman (Johnny) and Varvara Perkins. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
