He was predeceased by: his parents, Hillman Perkins and Marjorie Perkins; his in-laws, Dr. Sid and Monica Nathanson; and his siblings-in-law, Andrea Nathanson and Clyde Suit.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Nathanson; his children, Lindsey Landon (Chris) and Chase Perkins (Kendra); his sisters, Leslie Fender, Ann Suit and Jill Ritten (Robert); and his siblings-in-law, Elysa Roskam (Robert) and Alex Nathanson (Amy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Donations may be made in his name to his favorite charities, Shriners' Hospitals for Children or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
