He is survived by: his son Cory John; his daughter-in-law Jackie Maggart of Vero Beach; his granddaughters, Emma and Sophie; and his brothers, Dennis Maggart (Carol), Earl R. "Rob" Maggart of Logansport and Timmy Maggart (Brenda) of Nashville, Tennessee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
