He is survived by: his mother Deborah Smith; his sons, Thomas P. Spencer V and Cody Spencer; his parent Thomas P. Spencer III; and his sisters, Sherri Spencer and Michelle Powe. He is also survived by many loving cousins, nieces, and nephews.
