He was predeceased by: his birth mother Marilyn Russell; his father Thomas V. Parrish Sr.; and his stepfather Paul "Gator" Lancaster. He is survived by: his adoptive mother Cindy Parrish Lancaster; his sons, Austin Thomas Parrish and Thomas V. Parrish III; his brothers, Joe, Tony and John Lancaster; and his aunt Crystal Parrish-Ropp.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Temple of Truth (4380 58th Ave, Vero Beach, FL 32966).
