For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Carl and Eileen Agnes Regan; his brother William Dennis Regan; and his mother-in-law Sarah Francis Harp. He is survived by: his wife Stacy Lynn Regan; his siblings, Alana Greenman (William) and James Regan (Jimi); his brother-in-law Greg Harp (Lana); his stepdaughter Madison Karns (Connor); his granddaughter Harper Leigh Karn; and his father-in-law Philip Harp. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Methodist Church (1750 20th St, Vero Beach, FL 32960). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Moose Lodge (226 43rd Ave, Vero Beach, FL 32968).
