He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his sisters, Carolyn Andress and Eleanor Dase; his daughters, Ann Angel and Amy Oliphant (Rence); and his grandchildren, Kalli (Ashley), Emily (Alex), William, Erin, Maggie and Mack.
