He was predeceased by: his wife Geraldine Rose Perry Cunningham. He is survived by: his children, Douglas William Cunningham, Bradley Jay Cunningham, Craig Winfield Cunningham, Perry Allen Cunningham (Veronica), Julie Ann Strater (William), James Robert Cunningham and Kathleen Edna Cunningham; and his siblings, Douglas Cunningham (Sandy) and Joan Gable. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
