He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur E. Kinard and Vera I. Kirby Kinard; his significant other Linda; and his sister Patricia Agnew. He is survived by: his brothers, Glen and David Kinard; and his daughters, Tina Porter and Lisa Laguardia of William Vertrees, JR. He is also survived by spouses, 8 grandchildren & 8 great grandchildren.
