He is survived by: his wife Mavis Tipton; his daughter Tammy Talbot Chet-Wynd; his son-in-law Rupert; his son Stephen Paul Tipton; his daughter-in-law Kellie; his grandchildren, Vivian Tipton, Stephen Tipton and Jaclyn Tipton; and his great grandchildren, Paul Charles Lee Tipton and Sadie Ember Tipton.
