He was predeceased by: his father William Michael; and his wife Rose A. Maginn. He is survived by: his children, William R. Maginn (Janice) of Fort Pierce, Bryan Maginn (Natalie) of Deland, Timothy Maginn of Boynton Beach, John Maginn of Fort Pierce, Karen Murphy of Bethpage, Terry Genay (Michael) of Dallas, Patricia Quinn (Greg) of Glen Bernie and Coleen Smith of Farmingdale. He is also survived by twenty-six grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
