Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint William leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellen Fenlon and Paul W. Tobin; and his sister Ellen Cooly. He is survived by: his wife Ellen; and his sons, Kip and Brad. He is also survived by four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
