Johnson and Nancy Johnson; his sisters, Cathrine Oller (Jerry), Judith Johnson and Jennifer Erst (Fred); his significant other Stephanie Johnson; and his children, Danielle Joseph (Joseph), Amanda Elke (Ryan), Zachary Chiles, Kirsten Dumont (Dillan) and David Place (Jessy).
