He is survived by: his wife Diane; his daughters, Nicole Perkins (Michael) of Melbourne, Florida, Taylor Triolo of Viera, Florida and Alexa Triolo (Sage) of West Melbourne, Florida.; his grandchildren, Jaxon Triolo of Viera and Ariello Triolo-Gandolff of West Melbourne; and his sisters, Patrice Clemente (Carmine) of Melville and Candace Fleites of Rockledge, Florida..
