He was predeceased by: his parents, Lovit Hines and Edna Mae Sutton White. He is survived by: his siblings, Ivy White and Linda Byrd; his children, Melonia White Garris (Roddy), Diana Joy White, Alan Glenn (Sandi), Warren Glenn (Charlene) and Lovit Todd White (Laura); his grandchildren, Derek, Megan, Nick, Jeanette, Andrea, Victoria, Genna, Olivia, Luci and Lovit Austin; his great grandchildren, Paige, Maliyah and Shea; and his pet Blanche.
