He is survived by: his sons, Michael Sullivan of Chesapeake Beach, MD, Timothy Sullivan (Tiffany) of Herndon, VA and Allen Sullivan (Lori) of Hamilton, VA; and his stepchildren, Kimberly Marsh (Joe) of Melbourne, FL and Steven Watts (Cathy) of Mannington, WV. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
