She was predeceased by: her parents, William Dewitt Starnes and Evelyn Taylor Starnes; her husband Jerry Lee Miller; and her siblings, Edward, Ronnie, W. D. Starnes and Peggy Starnes.
She is survived by: her daughters, Missy Stringer (Miller) and Kimberly Rickett (David); and her grandchildren, Stormi Darty, Jared Darty (Cody) and Isabella Dodge. She is also survived by son, as well as 7 nephews and 5 nieces.
