She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Maritt and Myrtle Effie Rogers Maritt; her husband George Holt Sr.; her sons, Arthur Holt and Reson Holt Sr.; and her siblings, Cleve Maritt, Myrtle Maritt, Cleo Maritt, Alta Maritt of Lola Maritt, J. D, Oneta Maritt, Austin Maritt and Phyllis Maritt.
She is survived by: her children, George Holt Jr. of Park Hills, Timothy Holt (Pamela) of Zolfo Springs, Florida and Phyllis Mather; and her daughter-in-law Sandra Holt of Wauchula, Florida. She is also survived by 12 Grandchildren, 22 Great-Grandchildren, and 2 Great-Great-Grandchildren.
