She was predeceased by : her parents, Russell Lemione Weigle and Katherine Scott Weigle; and her brothers, Robert, Richard and Thomas.

She is survived by : her husband Claude "Carl" Saunders; and her children, Carla Prescott (Gary), Beth Wilson (Dan), Lynn Callaghan (Mark) and Craig Saunders (Gretchen).
